Commercial-Seller icon means that the seller is registered on Souq.com, so you can find additional information such as an Imprint and a Return Policy.
The most important difference from private sellers is that when you are dealing with a Commercial-Seller, you enjoy the right of withdrawal of your order according to BGB 355 and you can reclaim your money if the merchandise was defected and that is according to BGB 437.
Of course, our Souq.com guarantee policies apply to both Private and Commercial-Sellers.
