    UT 371  Frequency Meters, Tachometers Tachometer is a device intended to control the rotary speed of operating elements of various devices and appliances. In addition, tachometers can be used as pulse counters, for example, to calculate the products on an assembly line, the consumption of raw materials, etc. UT 371  is non-contact tachometers with integrated laser marker. They are able to measure the rotation frequency in the range from 10 to 99 999 rpm at a distance from 50 to 200 mm. Both devices have identical characteristics. The devices have compact ergonomic body. For us to measure the rotation frequency, a reflective strip should be stuck onto the motor shaft. Push the ON/OFF power button and the device is ready for use. With the help of the laser marker we accurately place the device in front of the motor shaft. Then we take measurements. To fix the readings on the display, we quickly press the ON/OFF button. The display is divided into 2 parts, the upper one shows the countdown from the start of the measurement in seconds, and the lower one shows the shaft rotation frequency. The devices shut down automatically after 15 minutes of inactivity. The devices are powered by four 2A batteries which are included in the delivery set.
