  • There are (4) categories to determine the gifts based on availability for each category: EGP +5,000, EGP +10,000, EGP +15,000 and EGP +25,000.

Customer can choose his gift from the gifts mentioned in the below table based on his purchase category from Elaraby products from SouqEgypt and based on gifts availability:

  • SouqEgypt customers’ will receive a promo code based on customer purchase category from Elaraby products to receive the gift.
  • SouqEgypt customer will receive the promo code after (14) days from product delivery.
  • Customer shall call Elaraby customer service’s hotline number 19319 to notify them with the promo code received from SouqEgypt on his mobile number saved on SouqEgypt’s account.
  • Customer is entitled to choose his gift from the available gifts only. Customer is not allowed to postpone choosing his gift to another day until availability.
  • Customer will receive the gifts directly from Elaraby team in all over Egypt within 5 working days from the date of choosing the gift.
