  • You are entitled to return any sold item which was installed successfully and used in case there is a genuine history of manufacturing defect(s) which is not repairable by Souq.com or the Vendor service team within the warranty duration.
  • If the Item is found to be DOA (Dead on arrival) or if there is a manufacturing defect detected and notified to Souq.com within 7 days from the delivery date, Souq.com shall replace the item within 14 working days from the date that Souq.com is informed of the manufacturing defect or the DOA date.
  • Souq.com shall return the sold item without any additional charges, in the event that you changed your mind upon receipt of the Item, or if the Item is found unsuitable at the place of delivery.

  Warranty Policy:

  • In the event that the item is still under warranty, you shall provide Souq.com with a proof of purchase such as an invoice. Whereas, a copy of the invoice shall be provided to a technician during the collection of the Item. Otherwise, Souq.com will not collect the item.
  • The warranty will be considered void if any item that contains marks of misuse such as broken cover or any other apparent attempt to repair by non-authorized party.
  • If the technical report at the work shop shows that the item's defect was due to misuse including but not limited to liquid spillage on the motor or incorrect electrical current, then the warranty will be void and you will be charged if you choose to repair item.
  • In the event that the item is repairable, Souq.com shall repair and return the item back to you within 14 working days from the item's collection date.
